You can permanently delete your NammaPrep account and the personal data tied to it at any time. This page explains what gets removed, what we're required to keep, and how to submit the request.
How to request deletion
-
1
Try in the app first
Open NammaPrep and go to
Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If you see this option, follow the on-screen confirmation and your request is submitted immediately. -
2
Not seeing it yet? Email us
Some app versions don't have this screen yet. In that case, email office@calloctech.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Delete My Account", and include your registered phone number if you signed up with one.
-
3
We confirm and process it
We verify the request belongs to the account owner, then delete your data as described below and send you a confirmation email once it's done.
Turnaround: requests are processed within 7 business days.
This can't be undone. Once your account is deleted, your test history, scores, notes and saved progress are gone for good. You're welcome to sign up again later, but you'll be starting fresh.
What we delete vs. what we retain
We delete everything tied to you as a person, but Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep certain payment records even after an account is closed.
| Data | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Name, email, phone number, login credentials | Deleted |
| Test history, scores, practice attempts, progress | Deleted |
| Saved notes and recorded-session activity | Deleted |
| Push-notification token | Deleted |
| Payment / transaction records (order & payment IDs) | Retained up to 8 years, delinked from your profile — required for tax & accounting compliance |
Questions before you delete
If you'd rather pause your subscription, export your data, or just have a question first, write to us — deletion is permanent, so we're happy to help you decide. See our full Privacy Policy for more on how your data is handled.
