This policy explains what information NammaPrep collects when you use our exam-preparation app and website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account.
1. Who we are
NammaPrep is an exam-preparation app for school and competitive-exam students, covering
live tests, practice series, notes and recorded sessions. NammaPrep is developed and
operated by Calloc Technologies Pvt Ltd ("NammaPrep", "we", "us", "our"). This
policy applies to the NammaPrep mobile app (Android package com.meritxgov)
and its companion admin/web services.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Full name, email address and phone number, provided when you register or sign in with Google.
- A Firebase authentication ID and your chosen sign-in method.
Learning & usage data
- Tests and practice series you attempt, your answers, scores and progress.
- Notes you save and recorded sessions you view.
- Whether your account holds an active premium subscription.
Payment information
When you buy a premium subscription, payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We receive and store the order ID, payment ID and your subscription status — we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank account details; those are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own security standards.
Device & activity data
- A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver test reminders and alerts.
- Sign-in and account-activity logs, including IP address and activity type, kept for account security.
3. How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and sync your progress across devices.
- To run tests, score attempts, and show your history and performance.
- To process subscription payments and manage premium access.
- To send test reminders, result notifications and important service updates.
- To respond when you contact support.
- To detect abuse, secure accounts, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
5. Storage & security
Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and in Firebase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production data is limited to authorized NammaPrep staff who need it to operate the service.

7. Children's privacy
NammaPrep is used by students preparing for school and competitive exams, some of whom may be under 18. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian review this policy and supervise your use of the app. We collect only the information described above and no more than is necessary to provide the service to a student account.
8. Your rights & choices
- You can view and update your profile information from within the app.
- You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- You can request that we delete your account and associated data — see our Account Deletion page for how.
- You can turn off notifications at any time from your device's notification settings.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as NammaPrep evolves. We'll update the effective date above, and if a change is material, we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect.
